Complaints procedure

It is important to us that you and your children are satisfied with the school organization and the quality of education. The purpose of the complaints procedure is to work together to find a solution and to eliminate feelings of dissatisfaction and/or frustration as much as possible. It may happen that you are less happy with the way you or your child is treated.

First you can go to the teacher. If you can' t figure it out with the teacher, you can make an appointment with the director.

If you can' t figure it out with the director, you can contact the board of the foundation of the ITK. The board is called TWijs.
