Grievance procedure

It is important to us that you and your children are satisfied with the school organization and the quality of education. The purpose of the complaints procedure is to work together to find a solution and to eliminate feelings of dissatisfaction and/or frustration as much as possible. It may happen that you are less happy with the way you or your child is treated.

We like it that you first go to the relevant teacher. If you can' t work it out with the teacher, we would like to ask you to make an appointment with the director.

If you can' t work it out with the director, you can contact the board of the foundation ITK falls under. The board is called TWijs.
